DELIVERY INFORMATION
Welcome to our shipping and delivery information section. Please note the below, also reiterated on product pages.

PHYSICAL PRODUCT:
This is product we own and keep on campus. If ordered, you are prompted to submit your oldest child's name and homeroom teacher. Your physical product orders will be delivered to them every Friday.

OTHER PRODUCT:
Is dropship product. What does this mean? It means that we don't physically have the product but rather it is made to order [much more sustainable] and ships directly from the manufacturer. This will be delivered to your shipping address. While there are shipping costs associated with this product, HFE is picking up that cost so you don't have to.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Our commitment is to your happiness. However, being a school, we are limited with return capabilities. We are only able to return physical product if you received it damaged in any way. We are always able to exchange if there is another size in stock that would be preferred, but we cannot refund.
